Double Income No Kids

A friend of mine, who happens to be new at her workplace, got introduced to her co-workers and learned a bit of their background. One of them was married for about 15 years and was childless by choice. About two years ago, I met someone who mentioned that he was married and that they were childless by choice. It was surprising for me because this person look about the same age as my dad and was probably even older. He mentioned that he and his wife had opted not to have children. I forgot the reason he gave, but I couldn’t definitely tell him ’selfish’ right then and there.
It’s not as if they tried and they couldn’t have children–it’s just that they chose not to. There is a big difference. For unto whomsoever much is given, of him shall be much required…
Many couples without kids, those who were not fortunate enough to be given kids, hopefully, try to do their share in their localities.
