I tried the original 6 steps on my original post, but there were remnants of this worm still lurking on my flash disks. Here’s a link to download a tool for removing the pesky worm. I’ve tried it and it worked, so have a go at it too. Let me know if this solves your problem.
Hi weng, this kind of Thumdrive infecting virus will operate in same way. boot in safe mode goto regedit, look here. remove any key links to the virus
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
goto any of your sruve let say D: Find autorun.inf , delete it . Reboot your computer, while inserting a USB flash drive , hold down SHIFT key . the virus on USB wont be executed.

umm.. this infects removable drives right? When I double click my local disk (C:) a script appears and it’s looking for FS6519.dll.vbs.. How can I remove this if it’s already in my local disk?
